Our site consists of approximately 194+ acres, with 134 acres located in the Town of Bolton and the remaining 60 acres in the Town of Vernon to the North.

The entrance to the site is from Quarry Road approximately 1000' North of its intersection with Route 44. The site is undeveloped except for the primary residence of the property owners located at the entrance of the property off Quarry Road. The property is bounded by Quarry Road and Vernon Road to the east, and by the Hop River State Park Trail on the west.  Directly North and South of the site are lots owned by the State of Connecticut as well as residential lots North of the site on Quarry Road/Vernon Road and residences on Quarry Road across the street from the quarry site.
